5. Medical & Treatment Disclaimer

 

 

5.1 All treatments offered by Exclusive Image are non-invasive cosmetic treatments and not medical procedures.

5.2 Results may vary from person to person depending on factors including age, skin condition, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare advice.

5.3 No guarantees are made regarding specific results.

5.4 Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and skin sensitivities prior to treatment.

5.5 Exclusive Image reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

6. Consultations & Client Responsibility

 

  • Consultations are required before certain treatments.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

  • Failure to disclose relevant information may result in adverse outcomes for which Exclusive Image will not be liable.

7. Bookings, Cancellations & No-Shows

 

 

7.1 Appointments must be booked in advance.

7.2 We require reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

7.3 Failure to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”) may result in:

  • Loss of deposit (if applicable)

  • Restriction on future bookings

7.4 Exclusive Image reserves the right to change or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Pricing & Payments

 

8.1 All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

8.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

8.3 Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

8.4 Promotions or packages may be subject to specific terms and expiry dates.

9. Refunds & Returns

 

9.1 Due to the nature of aesthetic and beauty services:

  • No refunds are offered for services already rendered.

9.2 Prepaid packages:

  • Are non-refundable

  • May be transferable at our discretion

  • Must be used within the specified validity period

9.3 Refunds for products (if applicable) are subject to hygiene, safety, and Consumer Protection Act requirements.

10. Gift Vouchers

 

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

  • Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date stated.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
